Sample Codicil

When it’s time to update your will, you don’t have to start from scratch.

You can use a codicil, an addition or supplement that explains or modifies your existing will. While a codicil may be a way to make a simple change to your will, you should always consult your attorney about the best way to revise your plans or add a legacy provision.
